Roadworks Stoney Lane - Service 46

From Monday 5 January 2009 Stoney Lane in Shoreham will be closed to all traffic between Wilmot Road and Rectory Road for a period of at least four weeks. This is to allow contractors to construct a new T-Junction and tabletop road hump. During the period of closure the service 46 will travel via Kingston Lane in both directions instead of Stoney Lane and Rectory Road. All stops in Kingston Lane will be be observed.

Roadworks Ditchling Road - Services 26, 46, 50, 50A

From Monday 5 January 2009 for five days contractors will be laying a new mains cable in Ditchling Road. This will require the southbound carriageway of Ditchling Road to be closed to traffic between the Warleigh Road and Viaduct Road junctions. All southbound services 26 and 46 will be diverted via Upper Hollingdean Road, Lewes Road and Union Road to the Open Market. Services 50 and 50A will join the same diversion by turning left from Roedale Road. All southbound stops on Ditchling Road between Rugby Road and Bromley Road will not be served.
