      Due to congestion, all 12A and 12X services will be terminating at the Old Steine and restarting from the Sea Life Centre.

      We are currently not able to serve the following stops in both directions -

      - North Road
      - Brighton Station

    • Old Steine, Stop S1 and S2 (Towards Brighton Station) - Stop Suspension

      9th Jun 2026 onwards

      Due to Old Steine improvements, routes 12/12X/13X/14 will be unable to serve S1 or S2 bus stops towards Brighton Station between 08:00-19:00 each day from 9th June until further notice.

      Please use Sealife Centre or North Street bus stops in this time.

      Buses in the opposite direction will be operating their normal route.

    • Exceat Bridge Closure - Diversion

      Today 21:14

      Due to a road closure between Friston and Exceat, we will be unable to serve any stops between Chyngton and Hartfield Road.

      Due to emergency roadworks, Dyke Road Avenue will be closed between Woodland Drive and Woodruff Avenue.

      For passengers travelling up to Woodland Drive from Brighton, will need to alight at Seven Dials and there will be a shuttle bus (Spirit of Sussex) between Seven Dials and Woodruff Avenue.

      If you require stops in Westdene, please stay on the bus, this will be on diversion via Preston Circus and Preston Road.

      This will be the same diversion in both directions.
