At Brighton & Hove Buses, we don't just deliver a great bus service, we're part of the lifeblood of our vibrant city. We see it as our responsibility to sustain and connect communities. As a leading business in the city we strive to be responsible, and in every action we take, we aim to do the right thing by you - the community - from which we're made and help to make.
Every year we've been quietly giving away small pots of money to community and charity groups to help you to continue to make Brighton & Hove the unique, vibrant, exciting, innovative arts and culture magnet that has made it the envy of cities throughout the country.
To make the whole system fairer and to make it available to groups that may not have previously known about our fund we simplified the process so that community groups and charities can apply and bid twice a year for support ranging from £50 to £500. We will also be accepting similar amount applications for bus travel.
The deadline closing dates will be twice yearly on June 30 and December 31 with successful and unsuccessful applicants being advised a month later on July 31 and January 31.
The decision will be made by the community team at Brighton & Hove Buses and will be judged on how well our support will serve the community in which we operate.

- Notification of successful and unsuccessful applications will be made by ourselves by 5pm on Thursday 31 January 2019.
- Any applications received after 5pm on 31 December 2018 will not be accepted.
