Get great deals for young people, aged between 5 and 18, with our free busID.

Our busID allows you to load tickets straight onto the card via your online account, use it to accompany our child mobile-tickets on the app, or to pay a reduced cash fare from the driver.

citySAVER

Valid only within the area from Shoreham, Patcham, Falmer and Saltdean. CitySAVER tickets cannot be used on City Sightseeing or Night Buses. Full boundary details can be found here or you can view in a map form

networkSAVER

Valid on all Brighton & Hove buses except City Sightseeing. They are also valid for travel on our night buses. You can view the boundaries in a map form here.

You can also top up your busID at 1 Stop Travel, 26 North Street, Brighton or our head office at 43 Conway Street, Hove however these do cost slightly more. Full details can be found here

How do I get a busID?

Find out how to get a busID, as well as accessing your online account, using our app and replacement cards here. 

If you don't have a busID

Ages 0-4 Travel free with an adult (up to three infants can travel with each adult).
Ages 5-13 Travel at half the adult fare and pay full price for SAVER tickets.
Ages 14-18 Pay the full adult fare

Multi trip tickets

If you don't travel often enough to use of our existing period SAVER tickets, then the multi trip ticket can offer you savings on your bus travel with the added flexibility on when to use them. Find out more about our multi trip tickets here

Sibling SAVER

If you have more than one child you can take advantage of our Sibling SAVER, which offers discounts to parents buying more than one 90 day or 12 month busID city or network SAVER. Find out more about our Sibling SAVER discount here.

Discounts for travel with other operators

If you live in West Sussex, East Sussex or Kent and travel on bus routes operated by other bus companies, you might prefer special fares available exclusively in those areas. Find out more here
