Tunbridge Wells Station - Road Closure - Diversion

17th - 21st May 2026

Due to a road closure, routes 29/29A are on diversion and are currently unable to serve the Tunbridge Wells Central Station bus stop in both directions.

Passengers are advised to use Chapel Place and War Memorial stops during this time.

Uckfield High Street - Road Closure - Diversion

12th - 21st May 2026

Due to waterworks, Uckfield High Street will be closed from 12th May - 2nd June 2026.

Route 29

Towards Tunbridge Wells:
Route 29 will serve Uckfield Bus Station and following this will be on diversion via Bell Farm Road, A22 and A272, resuming normal line of route at Coopers Green.

Passengers are advised to use Uckfield Bus Station or Coopers Green stops.

Towards Brighton:
Route 29 will serve The Mount bus stop and following this will be on diversion via London Road, A22 and Bell Farm Road, resuming normal line of route at Uckfield Bus Station

Passengers are advised to use The Mount or Uckfield Bus Station stops.

Route 500

Route 500 will serve Uckfield Bus Station and following this will be on diversion via Bell Farm Road, A22 and A26, resuming normal line of route at Maresfield, Newsagents in both directions.

Passengers are advised to use Uckfield Bus Station or Maresfield, Newsagents

A26 Eridge Road - Roadworks - Diversion

5th - 23rd May 2026

Due to roadworks, part of the A26 Eridge Road will be closed in both directions between 20:00 - 05:00 Monday - Friday only.

All services will be serving up to Steel Cross, then will double back to Crowborough Cross and will be unable to serve the following stops -

- Boars Head
- Sandhill Lane
- Eridge Station
- Eridge Forstal
- Sham Farm Road
- Eridge Green Church
- Bunny Lane
- Broadwater Down
- Summervale Road
- Broadwater Lane

Passengers are advised to use Green Lane and Tunbridge Wells Sainsburys stops at this time.
