Look out for City Sightseeing Brighton on screen in BBC One’s brand new series ‘Just One Thing’.
The hit health show, originally a popular podcast by Michael Mosley, asks people to make one small change for big benefits, with practical evidence-based tips presented by new hosts Zoe Ball, Roman Kemp and Clive Myrie.
With a little help from City Sightseeing Brighton, Zoe Ball encourages viewers to ‘Get a Little Sun’ in Brighton and Hove.
Albeit filmed on a slightly overcast day, the episode ‘Get a Little Sun’ promotes the health benefits of being outside in the sunshine, in the series produced by the BBC Science Unit.
Brilliant bus driver Jack Murphy took Zoe Ball and the ‘Just One Thing’ team for a memorable journey by the coast and across the city on board our distinctive City Sightseeing Brighton open-top sightseeing bus.
You can watch ‘Get a Little Sun’, part of the ‘Just One Thing’ series on Thursday 2nd April at 2pm on BBC One. The full series will be available on BBC iPlayer from Monday 23rd March.
