Time to Talk Day Roadshow

4 months ago Thu 29th Jan 2026

We’re proud to be partnering with mental health charity Mind in Brighton and Hove for Time to Talk Day.

On Thursday 5th February 2026, the nation’s biggest mental health conversation takes place, and together we will be marking the event with a roadshow around Brighton and Hove on our brightly-coloured Beach Bus.

The mental health calendar day focuses on raising awareness on the importance of talking about our mental health and how having open conversations can be the first step towards better mental health for all.

The Beach Bus will stop at 3 points across the city during the roadshow, where representatives from Mind in Brighton and Hove will be giving out free wellbeing resources, tips on how to start a conversation, and free teabags to get people started.

Mental health problems affect around one in four people in any given year. Time to Talk Day is an opportunity to raise awareness and encourage people to join the nation’s biggest mental health conversation. Mental health affects us all and each year Time to Talk Day helps friends, families, communities and workplaces talk about what really matters.

Rupert Cox, Interim Managing Director, Brighton & Hove Buses said:

We’re pleased to support Mind in Brighton and Hove by providing the bus that will help take Time to Talk Day out into the heart of our communities. By giving Mind a platform to reach people across the city, we’re proud to play a part in encouraging open conversations about mental health and helping ensure this important message is accessible to everyone.
