Catch the Bus Month: Shirley's Journey

Catch the Bus Month, an initiative from Bus Users UK, continues throughout September with the theme of accessibility and improving access.

At Brighton & Hove, we’re dedicated to ensuring bus journeys are accessible for everyone through learning from lived experience of our passengers.

Meet Shirley, a member of the local community with dementia, who loves travelling on the bus. Shirley’s Journey explores how Brighton & Hove Buses support Shirley and others with Dementia, through staff training, and accessible onboard facilities.
