Terms and Conditions: Promotional Offer with Google Wallet - £10 off a 30-Day Ticket purchased with a Transit Insights card
Enjoy £10 off an adult 30-day City SAVER or Network SAVER ticket from Tuesday 1 September 2026 to Tuesday 13 October 2026 (inclusive) when travelling with Brighton & Hove Buses using a Transit Insights card via Google Wallet*.
Terms and Conditions
1. These terms and conditions govern the promotional offer ("Offer") of £10 off a Brighton & Hove Buses 30-day City SAVER or Network SAVER ticket using a Brighton & Hove Buses Transit Insights card via Google Wallet.
2. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the "Offer Period" means the period from 1 September 2026 to 13 October 2026 inclusive. All travel must be fully used by 13th November 2026 4:30AM inclusive, or they will expire.
3. To take advantage of the Offer, customers must have or register for a Brighton & Hove Buses Transit Insights card via Google Wallet during the Offer Period and before 23:59:59 on 13 October 2026 by going directly to Google Wallet.
4. The Offer applies only to customers who qualify for a 30-day City SAVER or Network SAVER ticket using a Brighton & Hove Buses Transit Insights card via Google Wallet during the Offer Period.
5. Customers who qualify for a 30-day City SAVER or Network SAVER ticket during the Offer Period will receive a £10 discount off the applicable 30-day ticket price. The discount will be applied automatically to the first eligible 30-day City SAVER or Network SAVER ticket obtained through a Brighton & Hove Buses Transit Insights card via Google Wallet. No voucher, promotional code or separate claim is required.
6. The Offer is valid on services operated by Brighton & Hove Buses only. It does not apply to Metrobus services or services operated by any other bus company.
7. The Offer applies only to 30-day City SAVER and Network SAVER tickets and does not apply to any other tickets, passes or products, including weekly, 90-day or annual tickets.
8. The Offer is limited to one redemption per customer and per Google Wallet account.
9. Participants must be residents of the United Kingdom and aged 18 years or over at the date of registration.
10. Brighton & Hove Buses reserves the right to suspend, amend, or withdraw the Offer where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including fraud, abuse, technical issues or operational requirements.
11. Brighton & Hove Buses may refuse or cancel participation where it reasonably believes a participant has breached these terms and conditions or acted fraudulently.
12. Brighton & Hove Buses' liability to participants arising from participation in this Offer shall not exceed the value of the £10 promotional discount. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes liability arising from the provision of bus services, which is governed by Brighton & Hove Buses' Conditions of Carriage.
13. In these terms and conditions, "Brighton & Hove Buses" means Brighton & Hove Bus and Coach Company Limited. Metrobus services are excluded from this Offer.
14. Google LLC and Google Wallet are not sponsors of, and are not responsible for, the administration of this Offer.
15. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and participants agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with the Offer.
16. Brighton & Hove Buses reserves the right to extend the Offer Period at its sole discretion. Any extension will be communicated via the Brighton & Hove Buses website and/or other official Brighton & Hove Buses communication channels.
