Scratch Card

If you want to purchase a ticket before you travel, and are unable to use our mobile app or The Key, then we offer a limited range of scratch card tickets.

Scratch card tickets are only available for adults and cover our networkSAVER zone. They are available for one-day (£7.60) or one-week (£34.70) options. Once you have purchased your ticket, you need to scratch off the relevant date(s) that you want to do travel on. Please do this carefully as incorrectly validated tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. Our customer services team will be happy to help you with this if you need assistance. Once you have scratched off the relevant date(s), apply the protective cover over the scratch off section before using your ticket.

Scratch card tickets can be purchased at our travel hub in Brighton or our Travel Desk in Hove.
