Whether you travel with us daily, or hop on the bus occasionally, we’re inviting all passengers to fill in our latest Customer Satisfaction Survey and 'Better By Bus' Campaign Survey.
Your feedback is important to us and has directly shaped the way our network and services look today, including the introduction of popular express routes.
Since our last survey, we have made several improvements, including the introduction of electric buses to the city and new and enhanced night buses across our network.
