City Sightseeing Brighton & GLOBALLS Summer Holidays Giveaway T&Cs

Win 1  x City Sightseeing Brighton Family Ticket and 5 x GLOBALLS tickets  (the “Promotion”).  

Terms of Participation in the Promotion (the “Terms”)  

To enter the promotion all entrants must comply with the entry requirements set out in these Terms. The entrant acknowledges that failure to comply with these Terms may result in his/her/their disqualification from the promotion. By entering the promotion each entrant agrees that he/she/they (and if under the age of 16 years) their parent / guardian) have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.  

  1. Eligibility  
  2. To be eligible you must have a UK postal address and either:  
  3. be aged sixteen years or over; or  
  4. if you are under the age of 16, have the approval of your parent or legal guardian.    
  5. Where an entry is made in accordance with clause 1.1.2, the Promoter reserves the right to request proof, to its reasonable satisfaction, that you have the permission of that parent or legal guardian to enter the Promotion.  If no proof is provided, the Promoter reserves the right to not accept your entry.  
  6. Employees of the Promotor or any of its affiliates, City Sightseeing Brighton, their families, dependants and agents and any other person connected with them are not eligible to Participate in the Promotion.  

2. Participation 

  1. The Promotion is only available for entry via the Promoter's Instagram account.
  2. To participate in the Promotion, you: 
  3. Participant must 'follow' @citysightseeingbrighton and @globallsofficial on Instagram
  4. Participant must 'comment' their answer to the question asked on the Instagram post
  5. By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by:
  6. these Terms;
  7. Instagram’s terms of use; and
  8. For the Winner, these terms:  https://city-sightseeing.com/en/terms-of-use
  9. Any content you upload to any social media site in connection with this Promotion will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.  
  10. We will have the right to disqualify your entry if, in our opinion, it breaches the provisions of these Terms and / or the terms of the social media site on which your entry is posted. 

3. Promotion and Winner Selection  

Entries to the Promotion must be submitted between the hours of 13:00 on 25 July 2025 (BST) and 23:59 on 7 August  2025 (GMT). 

One entry will be selected at random using a random generator will win the Prize.  

The winner will be notified by a Direct Message (DM) via Instagram by no later than 8 August 2025.  To claim the Prize, the winner must respond to the DM within 48 hours of receiving it, or any other longer period specified in the DM.  If the Winner does not respond within the time specified in the contact notice, or is otherwise not available, the Prize will be forfeited by them, and the Promotor may select an alternative entrant to receive the Prize. The Promoter is not liable to you if you do not respond within the time stated in this clause 3.3.  

By entering the Promotion, you or your parent or guardian are deemed to be giving permission for you to enter the Promotion and for the Promoter to contact you as set out in 3.3 to provide to us a delivery address for the delivery of the relevant Prize.   

4. The Prize  

The winner will receive  1  x City Sightseeing Brighton Family Ticket and 5 x GLOBALLS tickets (“the “Prize”).  

The terms and conditions of City Sightseeing Brighton will apply to the tickets and admission to the attraction (https://city-sightseeing.com/en/terms-of-use), and City Sightseeing Brighton reserve the right to refuse entry in accordance with their terms.    

The City Sightseeing Brighton Family ticket will be delivered via post to the winners address, and the winner will be put in contact with GLOBALLS to redeem 5 X Globalls tickets .

Prize must be used within 12 months of date of issue.

 Terms and Conditions  

  1. Only one entry per person.  No purchase necessary.  
  2. The Prize is not transferable and, unless offered by the Promotor, there will be no substitutions, or cash alternatives of, for the Prize.  
  3. The Prize is subject to availability.  
  4. No expenses incurred in connection with entry to or participation in this Promotion will be paid.  
  5. The winning selection of the Promotor is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.  
  6. The Promotor shall be entitled to refuse to accept any entry.    
  7. All entries are subject to verification.  Incomplete, bulk, automated and third-party entries (including “voting exchange”) will be disqualified.  
  8. Failure to comply with these Terms will automatically render an entry void.    
  9. The Promotor does not accept any liability for any entries which are late, lost, incomplete or rendered  
  10. The name and county/town of the winner will be available for one month after the prize draw closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the Promotor. The winner consents to their personal data being used in this manner.  If the winner objects to their information being made available, the winner must notify the Promotor by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the Promotor at Brighton & Hove Bus and Coach Company Limited of 3rd Floor, 41-51 Grey Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 6EE.  By entering the promotion, the Participant acknowledges that the Promotor may be required to provide the Participant’s name and county/town to the Advertising Standards Authority if required by law, even in circumstances where the Participant has requested that the Promotor does not publish the Participant’s information.
  11. .  Except as outlined in clause 14 above all personal data will be held and used by the Promotor in accordance with its Privacy Policy which is accessible from the following link: https://www.buses.co.uk/privacy-policy  
  12. Participants may print these Terms or send a self-addressed envelope to Marketing Department, 43 Conway Street, Hove, East Sussex BN3 3LT requesting a copy and they will be sent to you.  
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend these Terms at any time without notice.  
  14. In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms, the Promotion itself or any other matter relating to, or arising out of, these Terms or the Promotion, the Promoter’s decision shall be final. No written correspondence or verbal discussion will be entered.  
  15. The Promotor is Brighton & Hove Bus and Coach Company Limited and Metrobus Limited, both of which have their registered office at 3rd Floor, 41-51 Grey Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 6EE.  
  16. This Promotion and these Terms are governed by the Laws of England and Wales and the Promoter and Participants agree that the Courts of England and Wales, exclusively, shall settle disputes.
