Ten new charities set to be announced for the Brighton & Hove Santa Bus

1 month ago Mon 21st Oct 2019

Ten new local charities are about to be announced as beneficiaries of the 2019 Brighton & Hove Santa Bus, alongside Martlets Hospice. We’ll be promoting all of the charities through our media partners, The Argus, and on our website and social media;. There will also be a crowdfunding campaign on Just Giving. Please keep an eye on our website and social media for more details.

Our Santa Bus has raised more than £250,000 for local charities since it began in 2004 and now visits 200 streets over 20 nights. Its maiden journey this Christmas is on Monday 25 November, powered by the joy and goodwill of Brighton & Hove and Metrobus colleagues.

The bus also transports more than 300 children from local special schools to Christmas parties and disabled children to the AMEX Stadium for their annual Christmas party. Once again, we’ll also have children starring in a local pantomime singing songs from the show while collecting for Santa Bus charities.
