Brighton & Hove Buses Gold Winners at UK Bus Awards 2024

We’re absolutely delighted to have been named Gold Winners at the UK Bus Awards 2024 in the category Culture Change, for ‘Training through dramatised storytelling’.

The UK Bus Awards is in its 28th year and has been described as a cornerstone of excellence in the bus sector, bringing the industry together to honour the achievements that keep communities connected and moving throughout the UK.

Initiatives including the first ever driver training course to follow a dramatised, video-led format for safe driving behaviours were contributions towards the Gold accolade.

In addition to winning the award for Culture Change, Brighton & Hove Buses has also been recognised across 3 other categories at the UK Bus Awards, taking the Silver in the categories ‘Top City Operator’ and ‘Recruitment and Retention’, for the ‘Smile’ campaign. We were also named Bronze Winners for ‘Marketing Campaign of the Year’ for the route 1X.
