7 Days Free Travel Promotion with Google Wallet Terms and Conditions

Enjoy up to 7 days of free tap on tap off travel between 16th – 22nd December 2024 (inclusive) when travelling with Brighton & Hove Buses using Transit Insights card via Google Wallet *.

Terms and Conditions
1.    You can “tap on tap off” for free on Brighton & Hove Buses when you use your Brighton & Hove Buses Transit Insights card via Google Wallet during 16th – 22nd December 2024 (inclusive) (the “Offer Period”) (the “Offer”).
2.    To take advantage of the Offer, register for a Brighton & Hove Buses Transit Insights card via Google Wallet between 1st December 2024 and before 23:59:59 on 14th December 2024 by following the steps set out in Frequently Asked Questions 1, 2 and 3.
3.    The Offer applies to tap on tap off journeys using a Brighton & Hove Buses Transit Insights card via Google Wallet, and which are completed during the Offer Period only (each a “Qualifying Journey”). 
4.    This Offer is not open to customers who have registered for a Brighton & Hove Buses Transit Insights card via Google Wallet prior to 1st December 2024.
5.    Once you have signed up you will not be charged for tap on tap off journeys taken on Brighton & Hove Buses during the Offer Period. 
6.    The Offer is valid for services operated by Brighton & Hove Buses only. It does not apply to Metrobus or any other bus companies. 
7.    The Offer does not apply to Brighton & Hove Buses period tickets or passes (e.g. it does not apply to weekly, monthly, annual or any other period pass).
8.    Participants must be UK residents and must be at least 18 years old.
9.    Brighton & Hove Buses reserve the right to withdraw the Offer at any time. 
10.    Brighton & Hove Buses liability to participants arising out of the participation in this offer in this Offer shall be capped at the value of all Qualifying Journeys taken by such participant in the Offer Period. The foregoing does not apply to liability arising out of or in relation to your journey with Brighton & Hove Buses, which is set out in the Brighton & Hove Buses conditions of carriage.
11.    In these Terms and Conditions “Brighton & Hove Buses” means Brighton & Hove Bus and Coach Company Limited, excluding Metrobus branded services.
12.    The Offer is governed by the Laws of England and Wales and participants agree that the Courts of England and Wales, exclusively, shall settle disputes.
