Old Steine - Roadworks - Diversion
Due to roadworks at the Old Steine, all Southbound services will be on diversion via Edward Street, Rock Gardens and the seafront.
During this time, routes 25/25X will be unable to serve the Old Steine between 07:00-18:00 each day. Passengers are advised to use Valley Gardens.
All coastal routes will be unable to serve North Street towards Eastbourne during this time. Please use Clock Tower or Sealife Centre

Framfield - Roadworks - Diversion
Due to road blockage the 29A Route after serving Uckfield Station will be on divert via A22 and Lewes Road in both directions.
During these times we will not be able to serve:
Newtown, Alexandra Road
Newtown, Community Hospital
Framfield, Becketts Way
Framfield School
Blackboys, Gunn Road
Blackboys High Street
Please use: Uckfield Station or Cross In Hand, Holy Cross
Gordon Road, Hailsham - Road Works - Stop Suspension
Due to road works we will be unable to serve Gordon Road and St Wilfrid's Church stops.
Please use: Hailsham Tesco or Police Station stops.

Lewes Bonfire - Event - Diversion
Due to the annual Lewes Bonfire Event, from 16:45 on 5th November, until 02:00 on 6th November, Regency buses 28, 29 and 29A will be on diversion in both directions via the A27 and Cuilfail Tunnel.
During this time, we will be unable to serve the following stops:
- Hope-in-the-Valley
- Houndean Rise
- Southdown Road
- Lewes Prison
- Black Horse
- Pelham Arms
- Lewes High Street
- School Hill Top
- School Hill Bottom
- Lewes Waitrose
- Phoenix Causeway
- Malling Street
During this time passengers are advised to use Church Lane or Caffyns Lotus Lewes, as we are unable to serve any stops between Kingston Ridge and the Caffyns Garage.
A shuttle service will be in operation and a queuing system will be in place throughout the event. More details will follow shortly
Train Information
Trains will not stop at Lewes, Falmer, Cooksbridge, Glynde, and Southease from 17:00 on Thursday, November 5, 2026, until the start of service on Friday, November 6, 2026.
