Due to a road blockage in Patcham, all 5B routes are currently unable to serve the following bus stops in both directions -

- Long Man of Wilmington
- Dale Drive
- Carden Crescent
- County Oak Avenue
- Carden Hill
- Crowhurst Road North
- Hollingbury Asda

There is currently a shuttle bus operating between the Hollingbury Asda bus stop and the Long Man of Wilmington bus stop.
