The Santa Bus is coming to town!
A letter from Santa!
HO Ho ho
With Rudolph and all my reindeer resting up ready for Christmas Eve, Brighton & Hove Buses have very kindly provided me one of their wonderful open top buses to transport me all around the city. This year Santa's little helpers are going to help me collect money for 11 wonderful charities across the city.
I even have my own Santa Bus Tracker so you will always know exactly where I am! (scroll down to see where I am) How absolutely amazing is that!? ho ho ho
Every evening I will be departing from the North Pole arriving at 17:30 ready to start the evening's route. I will be back home for my milk and cookies by 21:00.
One of my wonderful little helpers at Brighton & Hove Buses has listed all the routes and dates in the information below so you always know where to find me. Some nights and roads have changed, so make sure to check when I am visiting a street near you. If I am no longer coming down your road, do still come along to one of the streets we are travelling down and give me a wave.
A very important message for parents and carers: Please make sure children are safe with an adult at all times as it's dark and the roads can be very busy and my bus is very popular. Also to ensure I can see as many children, and adults, as possible I will be remaining on the bus at all times as it is impossible for me to get off and meet with everyone in the city.
Make sure you always stand the same side of the road as the front doors in order to see me.
And finally very exciting news. You can donate online this year too but to ensure you are donating to the right charity of your choosing there is some very important information.
On 10 nights we are collecting for these 10 wonderful collective charities and the money will be split equally among them all: Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA), Say Aphasia, Amaze, YMCA DownsLink Group, Chestnut Tree House, Take Shelter, Moulsecoomb Forest Garden, East Sussex Credit Union Foundation, Ronald McDonald House and Trust for Developing Communities (TDC).
On the other 10 nights we are collecting money for Martlets only.
Below are all the routes and information on which nights are collecting for each charity.
If the Santa Bus isn't collecting on your night for the charity of your choosing then you can make your donation online following the links above.
To ensure you know all the nights and route information, please scroll down.
I look forward to seeing you all very soon.

As Santa Claus has already advised some routes and nights have changed. Sadly we can't visit every street nor can we guarantee that the nights visited will be the same the following year. We will continue to review the routes and nights allocated to each area although this can be dependent on parked cars, trees and other considerations.
Every effort will be made to keep to our schedule and route however in the event of adverse weather conditions this may not be possible. Keep an eye on our Santa Tracker below to see exactly where Santa is en route.
If we do have to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control we will make every effort to try and reschedule another evening if its possible.
